1986 Toyota Corolla GT-S Coupe in Nelson, BC

Originally a US car, imported and registered/insured currently in BC, recently passed (Apr. 2011) provincial inspection.
All import paperwork and subsequent maintenance documentation is available.
Relatively low original mileage with very little rust, none on/around shock towers or other rear problem areas
Clean interior in good condition other than sun cracking on dash and rear seats
This is a solid car, always starts easily and runs strong, no leaks , doesn?t lose oil or coolant, brakes and e-brake work perfectly, all climate controls, wipers, lights, horn, etc, work perfectly.

Im selling the car because I?m relocating. I?m not in a huge hurry to sell so I?m pretty firm on the price, its fair especially with the winter wheels/tires and all the extras, if you know about these cars you know a low mileage, clean example like this is rare. However, if you dont want the winters or the other stuff then I'm open to negotiating on the price.
Good:
-TRD dampers on F (fixed) & R (adjustable), TRD springs F & R
-polyurethane bushings all around
-Tein adjustable camber plates
-TRD short-throw shifter
-strut tower bars F & R
-Injen intake w/ K&N filter
-Hawk HPS pads, rear calipers replaced within last 2000km, rear pads around 1000km ago
-new alternator and battery, installed in last 500km (alt) and 1000 km (batt)
-custom-made 2? stainless steel exhaust with Magnaflow cat and stainless steel muffler
-Basic JVC cd deck with crappy amp and small sub in the trunk, nothing special but wired properly
-Badging/decal/antennae delete and custom shade of blue paint (previous owner)
-2 sets of wheels and tires:
Summers: Zexius Xi 326 on Supra wheels, white powder-coated
Winters: Nokian Hakkapelitta 4 studded winter tires on SR5 wheels, and 5th SR5 wheel used as full-size spare, currently without a tire
Bad:
-minor rust starting above windshield and at bottom of passenger door
-2 of the summer tires are at 20-25% tread and will need replacing soon
-shocks/springs are a little tired
-sun-damage to certain areas of the interior (mostly dash and rear seat tops), and a combination of blue and black interior trim (I have grown to like the duotone look, but some may not?)
Bonus Bits:
I?m moving soon so I?ll also throw in some parts that have been accumulating for the car:
-fiberglass fender flares
-genuine Toyota head gasket and timing belt
-various light housings and trim pieces
-a second set of TRD front dampers of unknown status
